Adam Haller is a leader in Bain's Mergers & Acquisitions and Technology and Cloud Services (TCS) practices. He leads Bain's Merger Integration solution globally.
He has more than 15 years of experience advising leading companies on their M&A priorities at Bain.
Adam has deep experience across the M&A value cycle, including sector scans and target screens, Due Diligence, and pre and post- Merger Integration. He works with companies primarily in Technology and Advanced Manufacturing industries to identify and integrate M&A targets, develop corporate and business unit strategies, optimize cost and operations, and improve organizational decision making.
He is a passionate about Tech deal markets, having written annual articles about the state of Tech M&A, as well as leading practices to maximize value creation from Tech acquisitions.
Adam holds a BBA from Southern Methodist University.
