Jeff Haxer is the global leader of Bain's Divestitures and Spin-offs product. Previously, he led the M&A group within our Americas Healthcare and Life Sciences practice.

Jeff has led 40+ corporate and PE due diligence assessments, and advised on 25+ acquisition, divestiture, and spin-off transactions with a cumulative value of $200B+.

His industry experience includes pharmaceuticals (small and large molecule), medical devices, healthcare payer, healthcare provider, automotive, insurance, distribution (cold chain and non-cold chain), packaging (rigid and flexible), retail, restaurant and agriculture.

Jeff earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BBA, with honors, from the University of Michigan.
