Emily Yoo

Emily Yoo is a member of our Financial Services practice, focused on operations and operating model transformation.

She has extensive experience across financial services sectors, including property and casualty insurance, life insurance, annuities, wealth management, and retirement. Emily works with insurers and other financial services providers to deliver revenue growth, improve operating results, and enhance customer experience.

Working across core functions, Emily focuses on expanding distribution opportunities, accelerating product design and product launch, and transforming operating models to meet customer and business needs for clients globally.

Prior to joining us, she held a leadership role at another management consulting firm and previously led US strategy for a global multi-line insurer.

Emily holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin. Emily splits her time between New York and Silicon Valley.
